Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and help us build amazing, user-friendly websites and apps. You’ll be the go-to person for creating sleek, fast, and responsive designs that work perfectly on all devices. You’ll also guide and support junior developers, work closely with designers and backend teams, and make sure our projects are top-notch.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
- Build and Improve Websites/Apps:
- Create and maintain clean, modern, and responsive web applications.
- Use tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Lead and Mentor:
- Help junior developers grow by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
- Review code to ensure it’s high-quality and follows standards.
- Optimize Performance:
- Make sure our apps run super fast and smoothly.
- Fix any bugs or issues that slow things down.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring ideas to life.
- Be part of Agile/Scrum meetings like sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Keep up with the latest trends in frontend development.
- Suggest and implement new tools or processes to make our work even better.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- A background in leading or mentoring teams is a big plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with tools like Webpack, Git, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Familiarity with APIs and connecting frontend to backend systems.
- Soft Skills:
- A problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
